Before you write
Your PDF files are processed locally in your browser — we cannot see or recover them. If you are reporting a conversion issue, please describe the problem and, if possible, note the PDF type (scanned, multi-column, heavy tables, etc.). Do not attach sensitive documents unless you are comfortable sharing them.
For privacy-specific requests (data access, deletion, or cookie questions), mention "Privacy request" in the subject line so we can prioritize your message.
